Notice of a Meeting to Consider Rate Increase 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Buffalo Mountain Metropolitan District (“District”) and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the District shall consider increasing the District’s water rates effective January 2026 at an open public meeting to be held at September 16th, October 21st, and November 18th, 2025 at 106 Adams Ave, Silverthorne, CO  with an option to attend via electronic Zoom meeting, https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82890865997, Phone: 1-720-707-2699, ID: 828 9086 5997.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested party may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments, or objections to the Board regarding this matter.  Information regarding the possible rate increase may be obtained from the District at 106 Adams Ave, Silverthorne, CO, or by email to office@bmmd.org.
