BIDS for the construction of the Buffalo Mountain Metropolitan District - Ryan Gulch Road – Storm Drainage Project will be received via hardcopy by Buffalo Mountain Metro District until the date shown below, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at:

Buffalo Mountain Metro District, 106 Adams Avenue, Silverthorne, CO, 80498

The project is the Buffalo Mountain Metropolitan District - Ryan Gulch Road – Storm Drainage Project. Install 18-inch diameter storm drain pipe and inlets, as well as miscellaneous drainage culverts, on a portion of the south side of Ryan Gulch Road. The project will also include potholing, removals, grading, concrete valley pan, and asphalt paving of the existing ditches and driveways within the project area. This is a Buffalo Mountain Metropolitan District project.

A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price is required, and Performance, Payment, and Warranty Bonds in the amount of 100% of the bid will be required. 

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the physical address provided below on the date and time shown below, with a site walk-through immediately afterwards.
