BMMD provides the administration and operation of all water, sewer, road maintenance, architectural guidelines, and covenant enforcement services within the Wildernest subdivision.  All such properties within the subdivision are subject to the BMMD Rules and Regulations, including the Protective Covenants.  Click here to view the Rules & Regulations.

As a resident, you have certain responsibilities as well, please make sure to review these so you aren’t surprised by anything that may come up.  If you are part of an HOA, please review your HOA covenants as well.

Another part of the resident’s responsibilities is to adhere to the protective covenants that declare certain limitations, restrictions, and uses upon all properties located within the Wildernest subdivision.  These covenants are made to keep the subdivision desirable, attractive, and consistent in architectural design, materials, and appearance, all for the mutual benefit and protection of property values in Wildernest.  Click here to view the Protective Covenants.

As the protective covenants state, no exterior modifications (including repairs) are permitted without prior approval. To obtain authorization, visit our Architectural Review webpage to review the guidelines and the application. It is also important to note that multi-family homes (duplex/triplex/condos) must make improvements at the same time to maintain building continuity.  You are not allowed to make exterior improvements to only one side of the property.

BMMD’s water and sewer service fees are billed to all property owners quarterly in arrears during the month following the end of each calendar quarter. The fee schedule can be found here each year. To streamline all billing for the District, we have partnered with a vendor named AmCoBi. You will need to perform a one-time registration that will enable autopay every quarter and provide you with an owner dashboard to monitor your water usage. This will be an automated process moving forward after the initial sign-up, and the registration can be found at https://buffco.aquahawk.us/login.
